Open Arts Studio at PEN

Open Arts Studio

Express yourself through creativity and art

About the Open Arts Studio

The PEN Open Arts Studio is a creative, expressive space where individuals can explore art as a tool for healing, self-expression, and community connection. Art has long been recognized as a powerful medium for processing emotions, building confidence, and fostering a sense of accomplishment.

No artistic experience is required — the studio is open to everyone. Whether you enjoy painting, drawing, crafting, or simply want to try something new, you are welcome here. Our studio provides materials and a supportive environment where creativity can flourish.

The Open Arts Studio is part of our broader commitment to holistic wellness and recovery. We believe that creative expression is a vital component of mental health and well-being.
